1. Sign up for a class using our app (there are 10 spots per hourly session).
2. When you arrive – Gear Up! (more on gear below)
3. Grab an open station!
4. The Format is 3 minutes of intense work at each of the 10 stations followed by a 30 second rest period to catch your breath and move on to the next station. Each station works a different muscle group and includes a mix of boxing, MMA fighting combinations, isometric exercises, weights, battle ropes and stretching.
5. If you are up for an even more intense workout, you can extend your stations to the full hour re-working combinations or adding in freestyle combinations as you gain new skills!
