What's KickFit?

Welcome to KickFit – the most effective, fast and fun workout available! No martial arts or boxing experience is necessary – we will teach you everything you need to know!

Burn fat, build muscle, improve balance and get into the best shape of your life!

Our unique martial-arts and boxing based workout combines the very latest High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and metabolic exercises in a fast-paced fun workout that is suitable for all fitness levels, flexibility and mobility!

Our program is thoughtfully designed to work your entire body including major and minor muscle groups and includes a balanced mix of cardio and strength work! In addition, our system allows each person to modify their workouts to match their fitness level or work around injuries. Our trainers are always available and will have alternatives and suggestions to help you meet your unique goals.

We employ the very latest workout equipment designed to maximize work while minimizing potential for injury. Core to our workouts are the use of AquaBag heavy bags and Inertia Wave battle rope systems.

How Does It Work?

1. Sign up for a class using our app (there are 10 spots per hourly session).
2. When you arrive – Gear Up! (more on gear below)
3. Grab an open station!
4. The Format is 3 minutes of intense work at each of the 10 stations followed by a 30 second rest period to catch your breath and move on to the next station. Each station works a different muscle group and includes a mix of boxing, MMA fighting combinations, isometric exercises, weights, battle ropes and stretching.
5. If you are up for an even more intense workout, you can extend your stations to the full hour re-working combinations or adding in freestyle combinations as you gain new skills! 

What Do I Need To Get Started?

1. Before your first session, we’ll size you up for your gear! Gear includes boxing or MMA style gloves and Muay Thai style instep guards.
2. You are welcome to wear comfortable workout wear (shorts & tees, yoga pants and fitness tops). Better still you can rock on of our KickFit Tees or Women’s Tanks!
3. Come ready to be challenged and learn new exercises and new martial arts and boxing skills!
